TrueNas app directory fails to clone

I have an old pc that I converted into a NAS recently, and I would like to add the Plex Media Server app to it, but I have issues whenever I try to load the app directory. It worked fine when I first set up the NAS, but after I uninstalled Plex to adjust where the files were stored it stopped working and now, I end up with this issue:

I am currently on TrueNAS-SCALE-24.10-BETA.1, and I tried to update it for a potential fix, but that also appears to not be working. If anyone has suggestions, I would appreaciate the help greatly.

How did you try to update TrueNAS? Manual file or Release train drop downs in GUI?

I would suggest getting a current configuration backup from the GUI in the mean time. It may be useful for a reinstall procedure.

Maybe browse the forums and posts to get your forum user trust level up for more posting rights too.

Can you unset the app pool and then update?

I tried the update through the GUI, so I could use a manual update. I actually did a reinstall recently, which fixed the problem until I tried to reinstall Plex.

I tried to unset and re-choose the app pool, but it didn’t seem to help.

same problem here, problem was dns entry void
