Im semi-guessing here, but I have read that you may have some success disabling serial port. Try that. Easy test either way. Other than that, (again not a pro here); and assuming you have a config backup, I would reinstall your OS.
Disabled serial port.
Same issue.
Now im getting this error:

The above only provides legacy SMART information - try 'smartctl -x' for more
Switched sata port and sata cable.
Still same issue.
SSD is three months old.
Manufacturer might have earned a RMA, run a smart long test and check again.
I have no idea why SMART is reporting this drive is failing because there are no attributes to suggest it.
(I see that you have only ever run short tests and, with the benefit of hindsight, it might have been better to run a Long test every (say) 1-3 months.)
So, a few things you can try:
Ensure that power saving is off in TrueNAS Disks
for this drive.
Try running a SMART Long test to read every SSD memory block.
Run sudo zpool status -v
and see what that says.
Run smartctl -x /dev/sdb
to see if that gives you any more error information.
If you have rebooted since that alert was generated, it may be referring to a different drive. Device names associated with drives (sdb, and such) can change around between reboots.
If that’s the case, check your other drive’s SMART as well.
Did a long test now for the fifth or sixth time in the gui.
But when it finishes it doesnt show up in the list of the smart tests.

At first it was sdc. After i switched sata cable with another drive its now sdb.
Looks like your boot pool is toast - you need to reinstall and restore your system configuration file (so make sure that you have a copy of this).
If this is the drive that is giving errors, then that is probably a good thing - buy a new drive, reinstall and move on.
If this is a different drive, then you have several issues and it will be more complicated to diagnose and fix.
Its the boot drive, thats only 3 months old.
RMA.
Doesnt’ appear to be a cabling issue either.
I’d assume the disk is toast. Return it under warranty. If you don’t like disk failures causing issues like this, you can use two boot disks for redundancy.
To a certain degree due to BIOS limitations.

Odds are you have a system stability problem, however you have not run a SMART Long/ Extended test. Run smartctl -t long /dev/sdc
(or which ever drive letter it is now). Wait 15 minutes (5 extra for good measure) and then run the smartctl -x /dev/sdc
and post. Looking for the Extended test complete, no errors.
I think you have a system stability issue myself but that is just my guy feeling. For all we know, you could be turning off the NAS power without doing a controlled shutdown. Rebooting it on your own, we just do not know and I’m not saying you are doing these things however we never know what a person is doing. You might be surprised.
If the SSD passed the test, run some stability tests on the system (MEMTEST and a CPU Stress Test). Do the RAM test for a few days non-stop. Run the CPU Stress test 4 to 6 hours or longer. If your cooling is good, this will not be a problem.
The drive changed drive ID to sdc because Linux systems generally label drives as first recognized gets the first name. This is why we tell a person to troubleshoot a drive problem by serial number, not drive ID, because it can change.
Well off to work I go. Hopefully something materializes out of the testing. And just reinstall TrueNAS on that drive, then if you have a saved configuration file, upload that.
Do you have a listing of you system hardware here, sorry, I’m in a rush out the door, just didn’t check. If not, please do so.
Running TrueNAS from an USB drive right now and it runs just fine again.
Trying to get a replacement drive.
Thank you
