New to TrueNAS SCALE. I’m trying to change my default ACL’s to be r/w/x for user, group and other. Right now it is set to r-x for other. This is a pain when I add files via SMB share, that apps running on my servers need full access to vi NFS. When I edit the ACL for the dataset it shows correct, but simply creating a test folder shows permissions as “drwxrwxr-x”.
What acltype are you using?
At the moment it is set to POSIX
