Hi all, i get problem after upgrading TrueNAS Scale. It stuck on “Loading initial ramdisk”, how to fix it?

Never seen this myself, but I did do some digging to see if we had ever seen reports of this, there is 1 ticket from a couple of years ago related to the serial port, please review the info in the comments which provided a solution and confirm if this addresses your issue:

same issue here, nothing connected to my serial connector. stuck on “loading initial ramdisk” after downloading and updating.

Same issue here after doing GUI upgrade 24.04.2 —> 24.04.2.1 - had to reinstall from scratch using backed up config file.

I raised an issue here NAS-131189 in case it is a image / OS issue.

Same here, Kernel Panic after Update from 24.04.0 to 24.04.1.1 and 24.04.2. And I am not the only one.
