Hi Everyone!
I just installed a fresh copy of TrueNAS scale on my Ugreen NAS. I’m able to access Web UI through my smartphone but not on my windows 11 PC. The NAS is connected to my router via a cable while the PC is using Wifi connection. I have kaspersky antivirus as well as nord vpn installed on my pc which might be creating issues but I’m not sure how to fix it. Any suggestion or ideas? Thanks in advance.

Most likely your VPN as you suggested.
VPNs often restrict access to your local LAN - if you are on e.g. an internet cafe wifi, you don’t want any access to or from the LAN, just the internet.
But at home you want to be able to access the LAN without a VPN, and yet still use the VPN for internet access.
You will need to configure this.

Hi! Thank you for the prompt response. I tried disabling the VPN as well but the issue still persists…
Depends HOW you disabled it? Sometimes disabling the VPN turns off the VPN functionality without disabling the blocks on local LAN or non-VPN DNS.

I was able to make it work. It was indeed because of Nord Vpn and fixed it with a single toggle button within the app itself Thanks
