Unable to boot to new TrueNAS Scale Install

I woke up this morning and was unable to access one of my TrueNAS Scale boxes. Seemed as if the M.2 Drive died. I had this on my screen.

I swapped out the M.2 boot Drive and installed TruNAS Scale. It went through the process of installation and said it was successful. I rebooted and removed the flash drive. It ends up on the same screen as posted after rebooting. I’ve tried multiple times with no success. Any ideas would be great.

Can you see the M.2 in the BIOS boot options or Boot menu?

The picture you posted is of the UEFI shell, one of the boot options in a typical boot order. You’ll want to change your system so that it tries to boot from the M.2 before it gets to the UEFI shell-option.
