Unable to install any App on my Truenas Scale

Hi , I am unable to install any app on my truenas scale. I am new to this just
installed truenas please help me.

Processor - i3 9th gen
Ram - 8 gb
ssd installed 256 gb

How to check lifecycle log ? i am new to this plz let me know how to check

Go to the shell and run sudo cat /var/log/app_lifecycle.log

Not a lot to go on there. I just tested and was able to install filebrowser without issue. What does your install config look like?

I am just adding additional storage details while installing, I am entering host path and mount path
