Unable to upgrade

I am on TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.2. I am not able to get any updates. I get this error when I manually check for updates.

Error: Cannot connect to host update.ixsystems.com:443 ssl:default [Name or service not known]

I can manually see the updates when I go to https://update.sys.truenas.net/scale/TrueNAS-SCALE-Dragonfish-Nightlies/

My gateway is configured and DNS is configured.

As a follow up, I get the following errors when I “Check for update”

TrueNAS was unable to reach update servers.
TimeoutError(): Automatic update check failed. Please check system network settings.

I’m not sure what setting(s) in networking I need to tweak to get to the update server.

After reviewing a similar post, I finally figured out that my FW was blocking the traffic. I am now able to see updates.
