Volume defective but no disk error : how to diagnose?

(Sorry, I was unable to include a screen capture or even a link to the picture)

A few days ago I’ve got the following critical error : Critique
Pool hd state is ONLINE: One or more devices has experienced an error resulting in data corruption. Applications may be affected.

Besides this notification, I can’t find any mention of an error elsewhere nor a menu that could help me diagnose this persistent error.

I don’t know if this is related but since then, I had one system hang up and one spurious reboot. This system has been reliable for the last 1.5 years.

SYSTEM INFORMATION
Scale 24.10.2.1
Intel 12100, 48GB RAM
Boot pool : 2 SATA SSD WD-RED, ZFS-mirror
“Fast” pool : 2 NVME in ZFS-mirror: 1 x Samsung SSD 980 PRO 1TB, 1 x WD_BLACK SN770 1TB
“HD” pool : 2 HD in ZFS-Mirror : 2 x Seagate Enterprise ST18000NM000J-2TV103

Boot pool, NVME and hard-disk pools are all ZFS-mirrors.

What could be a good course of action to diagnose this issue ?

Thanks for your input.
