Problem/Justification
When I do a bug report I cannot verify what the actual screenshot is that is getting sent to JIRA
Impact
If I can see the screenshot I know whether or I need to send additional screenshots.
User Story
I made some bug reports but was not sure what screen shot was sent. sometimes this can be important to make sure the message gets across.
