25.04 -> How to set a IP Adress for an App

Hello,

since TrueNAS 25.04, it appears that you can assign dedicated IP addresses to apps, making them accessible from the network. I would like to give Home Assistant its own IP, that I can use it with HomeKit. This didn’t work with 24.10.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any information on how to configure this.

Right now not all apps have the ability to use ip adresses. There will be a bigger app update in june when all apps will get the feature. If the option is not exposed on 25.04 then its not yet available for the app.

So it won’t even work with costume Apps? Thought the update in June would only apply for Community Apps.
