Some issues cannot be viewed on JIRA as a private tag is set in situations where data has been included on the bug ticket, which we believe should remain private, e.g., Debugs. We encourage users to use the private upload link provided after creating a bug to submit these materials. If you submit through the TrueNAS UI, debugs and screenshots are automatically sent to the private upload.
