2FA wasn't finished setting up but still asking for 2FA key

Hi, I was looking into setting up 2FA on Scale but wasn’t finished just closed it. Now the system is asking for it. Cannot log in. Is there anything I can do? Cheers

Would be any way to start SMB service without logging in?
