I just want to start off by saying this is a test install as I am using it to learn Kerberos for NFS shares so it’s very low stakes but I don’t want to wipe everything and reinstall as I want to learn what caused the failure and how to fix it if things do happen on a real install.
I tried resetting the password through the console but that new password is still counted as wrong. Are there any suggestions on how I might fix this, or maybe an explanation of what happened? Does enabling LDAP + Kerberos disable local authentication for local accounts or something?
