Problem/Justification
My UPS has a somewhat dirty power source, leading to frequent alerts from TrueNAS that the UPS has switched to & from battery. The frequency of the alerts means that a real issue can be missed in the noise. The upssched manpage has a section on DEBOUNCING EVENTS, but there is no such functionality exposed in the TrueNAS UI.
Impact
This feature would give TrueNAS users finer-grained control over UPS-related alerts. There are no disadvantages (that I can think of).
User Story
As a user, I would like to reduce the number of “false positive” UPS alerts, when the UPS switches to and from battery in a short period of time. For simplicity, an additional On Battery Delay field could be added to the UPS settings, under the Other Options section, similar to the No Communication Warning Time setting.
