The system shuts down from time to time, but there hasn’t been a power outage. Here is the UPS report; maybe there’s something I’m missing.
The other devices connected to the UPS did not shut down. Industrial production never really came to a halt.

There isn’t enough details on your hardware and OS version to make a decision. Have you checked the logs to see if the UPS is calling for your Scale system to shut down? Have you checked the health of the UPS battery?
Hello! OS version 25.10.3.1 - Goldeye. The battery is in good working order; it has been checked.
Could you please tell me where I can view this?
Wouldn’t it be nice to have the output of “upsc” in the GUI?
So people can have all the details for battery charge, load, age and the rest of the UPS parameters/settings ?
You can always post something in the Feature Requests section
The PeaNUT app lets you see that info.
I knew someone would say that.
To me, this should be a REQUIREMENT, not an optional feature.
It’s a no-brainer, basic needed info that should have been there since they implemented NUT.
I don’t really need it as I can get the info myself, but feel for the poor newbies.
One of them can add the feature request, so it gets closed with “not needed”, etc.
If this extremely simple (already have all the code and components to simply run the upsc command and show its output), has not been implemented already, they probably won’t do it.
Well that’s generally how it works. If something is “missing” from the appliance that you feel should be standard then take the time to make a feature request.
Could be unrelated but my ups does a battery and selftest every 10 or 14 days or whatever, and with truenas shutdown mode set to “ups goes on battery” whenever the ups would self test the server would shut down pretty much immediately, even with a 600 second shutdown delay. After switching to “ups reaches low battery” I have had multiple continuous weeks and sometimes over a month of uptime (usually it’s drives or hardware being stupid requiring a reset or shutdown and troubleshoot). If your ups service is on “goes on battery” you might try switching to “reaches low battery" to see if it fixes it to narrow down if it’s a hardware or software issue.
How old is your battery?
