Problem/Justification
I would like to use Docker volumes to store persistent data but I need to be able to make snapshots to prevent data loss.
Impact
People would be able to snapshot their Docker volumes and restore them from snapshot if they need.
This can be achieved by allowing users to set location of Docker volumes. This way they could set the location to their snapshotted dataset.
