Apps not start after start Truenas

hi anybody know how to fix this issue

my apps won’t start after start true nas.
always show failed to sync catalogue.

temporary solution i type systemctl restart docker every time trunon truenas.
than all apps back to normal

any idea how solve this issue, all apps can start automatic everytime turn on truenas.
