I’m trying to optimize power efficiency. I have 4 SATA drives in ZRAID2 directly connected to my motherboard and the BIOS has a ASPM setting (auto or off). Is it safe to set it to auto or is there a good chance it causes issues? Are there any other options I should look at that might help preserve electricity?
(Does anybody know if it makes any sense to set Exos X18 drives in the Advanced Power State menu to level 128 or 192? Not sure if they would ignore it anyways because these are server drives or if it is safe to do so and would make a difference)
