Assistance with Certificate Signing Requests (SSL/TLS) - signature pending - Cloudflare

Dear TrueNAS scale community,

I hope that you are all well. I am coming here with a request for assistance with a Certificate Signing Requests, which is external - signature pending.

I followed the following tutorial:
Truenas Scale - EXTERNAL Nextcloud Access! 2024

In my opinion it is very well put together and normally it should work. However, in the middle of it I decided by mistake to delete the certificate which I have just created. I thought that I made a mistake somewhere and I wanted to correct it by deleting and recreating it.

Well now, I am for more than 1 day stuck with signature pending.

I went to Cloudflare, recreated my Global API Key, redone the tutorial with different names (putting cert_new), however it did not solve the problem.

Does anyone konw how I could try to solve this issue?

Many thanks in advance for all your assistance.

The CSR will always be in this status. Create a new cert by clicking on the wrench. Be sure to change “Renew Certificate Days” to 30 rather than the stupid default of 10 days.

Thank you @dan. I did what you have suggested and now I have these two certificates. One is no longer pending and the other one is still pending. Should I delete the one which is pending and just keep the valid one?

Many thanks for your advice.

Just leave it.
It does no harm sitting there and will let you easily see how you set it up if you ever need to make a new one.
