Audit causing OOM with Scale 24.04.1.1

First of all , this is a fresh install , and I am running no apps .
I recently backed up my data in truenas, which generated 6 million audit logs.
I am seeing that opening audit will causing the system to become unresponsive and completely crash.

My question is, how to solve this situation or is there any way to simplify or clean up the audit log, thank you

You can remove or rename the audit databases located in /audit.

how? I don’t have a access to /audit folder as admin user. I can not log in as root user.

I guess the main question here is why did this happen. Is it a bug or a misconfiguration as I’m sure you’re not the only person backing up lots of files to TrueNAS.
