Boot Pool degraded - no warning

Hi

I have TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.0.1. The boot pool is degraded due to a failed disk. However, there was absolutely no warning, is it not supposed to show in the “bell” item ?

Im litterally just coming out the other end of this issue, Yours may just be a faulty disk rather then any of my issues but mine presented the same way, it never alerted red at ‘the alarm bell’ i got email notifications. if you dropped the list down you would see the alert but again no red alert

AMD apparently offers the option for raid configurations with the SATA controller, maybe it is worth checking whether it is activated for the SATA ports in the BIOS, stemming from prior use?
