Camera has no access to NFS

Hello,
I’ve been trying to setup TrueNAS as storage for my security cameras through NFS.
For some reason even after setting everything up and giving the proper permissions it still gives access error.
Including the checking the camera manufacturer did to the camera.
Is there anything needed to setup in order to make it work?
I made sure it wasn’t checked on Read Only, that the camera’s IP is listed and that the right directory is set. Also when testing the connection the camera does recognize the pool, just unable to save.

Try testing your general configuration by mounting from a client machine. If you specified the IP of the camera in the share, then add the client machine to the share or start simple and remove all host restrictions.

There is are no restrictions besides IP restrictions (which I also opened to be to all extensions within my local network).
I tried mounting it through network drive and CMD but both connected through SMB only.

It sounds like you should use SMB mounts for the camera.

If only it was possible…
That camera only has 3 supported ways of storage: SD Card, NAS (after a little of research - NFS based) and FTP (only for saving pictures).

I don’t use NFS but see NFS Share Creation | TrueNAS Documentation Hub for info.

Good luck.
