Cant install app's

Try another refresh of the apps catalog and then try to install an app. This fix was just merged 10 minutes ago.

[No such file or directory] X-APP version issue which broke installation , 1.1.20 in catalog but 1.1.19 in app_versions.json

There is issue with with different Plex version in app_version.json and provided… in directory [1.1.20]. Which broke installation with error: `[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/mnt/.ix-apps/truenas_catalog/trains/stable/plex/1.1.19'` https://github.com/truenas/apps/blob/7924dd37422e078aede065bd328f942409c4d41e/trains/stable/plex/app_versions.json#L2
