Catalogue App Updates - Iconik

Hey! I’ve added real “issue” to the github repo for iconik before - and it was taken care of which was great! I know how very much in the weeds this one app is and

Now the app hasn’t been updated since that fix on github, but it does show that it is being updated. Is there something I can submit or show moving forward to help out? I know it’s tough to keep track of all the apps these days - and i wound up creating my own docker/pull for it, but still have some legacy clients using the catalogue version.

Not sure if there is any where I can help - or help update/compile new versions based on what I have been able to do on my own. I’m very new to git/repos/etc so I don’t want ot get in the way - but more than happy to try if it helps the cause!

Hey! Just wanted to if this floats back up - or if anyone from the team knows a good way to do this. I have been (and might continue as I’ve getting OK at it) compiling my own version for a while - but just seeing what a process looks like to see if an app can get updated - or if there is a way to help the process! I know the app itself (Iconik Storage Gateway) is very rarely used compared to the big ones - but it would be a huge help for the people that do use it!

You can open an issue, as you did previously, but you can also submit a PR directly to the apps repository if you want to contribute more directly.
