I am new to TrueNAS and was wondering if it is possible to install and use certbot on TrueNAS. My domain register does not offer APIs and therefore I can’t use the built in API functionality to get LetsEncrypt certs.
I want to auto generate certs with HTTP check and use them in my apps.

Not really, at least not directly–it could be installed in a sandbox though. But probably a better idea would be a self-contained, shell-based client like acme.sh.
Your domain registrar and your DNS provider don’t have to be the same.
Thatnk you!. The most obvious I didn’t take in consideration: Using Cloudflare just as DNS server and not as registrar.
