Good morning, this is my first post, and I’m not a tech expert, so forgive me if I write something silly. That said, I’ll explain my problem.
Problem: I’m using Truenas version 25.10.3 with the Collabora and Nextcloud apps installed. Both open and work, but creating new documents (i.e., using Office) doesn’t work. Specifically, this is the response:
“The Collabora Online server is reachable. Collabora Online Development Edition 25.04.9.4 4610258811” then the screen changes to: “Your browser has been unable to connect to the Collabora server: https://collabora.pincopallino.org:9980 This URL is determined on the Collabora server either from the configured URL or the server_name parameter in coolwsd.xml.”
I have a static public IP address, use a Cloudflare domain, and have ngxin-proxy-manager set up on both applications. The system running everything is an Aoostar WTR MAX NAS with 64GB of RAM, AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 8845HS with Radeon 780M Graphics.
This is incredibly frustrating. I’ve used three different AI platforms, but despite days and days of trying different solutions, no solution has emerged. If anyone can use “Office” in these two applications, please let me know. I would be truly grateful to you. Thank’s
