Console full filled with syslog same message

Hi,

I’d like some help to understand what could be the cause and how i could fix it receiving same syslog message full filling the console. see example

Mar 27 08:17:36 syslog-ng[3169]: Writing to the user terminal has blocked for writing, disabling for time-reopen seconds; user='root', time_reopen='60'
