Can someone please educate me on this. I want to form a dataset “storage”. Under storage I want to make 2 folders “user1” and “user2”. How do I setup the ACL setting to let a user into “user1”, but not into “user2” folders and vise-visa. Since I am the admin, I want to see both of them “user1” and “user2”. Also, what shares would I need to create. I tried all kinds of settings with the ACL, but nothing I tried work. Thanks!
I’d create a dataset and share per user and using the dataset ACL (not the share ACL) give user1 access to dataset1 and user2 to dataset2. Give your admin user access to both and away you go.
