Geez, I’ve done it, packaged pwenc_secret along with my latest .db file, and IT WORKED!!
Can’t believe it, it was really far-fetched for me, who would have thought pwenc_secret was used to encrypt VM device attributes??
And that it in turns would make the listing of Datasets return an error…

I’ll update the title of the thread to something more meaningful.
And also from now on will automate and schedule conf download, WITH password secret seed of course!
Incredibly clever design by IX Systems though, finding the daily db backup in /var/db/system/ was such a good surprise!
