DDNS Updater v1.1.13 is missing most of the supported DDNS Providers

I’m trying to setup the DDNS Updater App v1.1.13 (2.9.0) on TrueNAS Scale 24.10.2 and am stuck because the DDNS Provider Configuration Panel is missing or at least quite different to the documentation (image Figure 4 at the current Documentation Hub - TrueNAS Apps - Community Apps - DDNS-Updater [sorry, i’m not allowed to embed links])

That in itself wouldn’t be a problem, if at least the list of supported Providers in the new layout were to show more than just two (2) providers: opendns and Cloudflare. As far as i’m aware DDNS Updater supports dozens of providers.

Has anybody experience with the latest version and how to add a ddns provider? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Scroll down and use the dropdown menu under “Config” section. Leave everything above as “All providers”

Thank you! Leaving breadcrumbs for those that follow because after much searching this chain finally pointed out what is needed to set up DDNS-Updater in TrueNAS 25.04 Fangtooth. DDNS-Updater is at TrueNas App v2.9.0 project v1.2.13 but the documentation is still out of date so it was not clear that you have to use the add config menu, then when you select your provider it will generate the relevant fields.
