Error update app after update to 24.10.1

I had version TrueNAS-SCALE-24.10.2 and then I upgraded to version TrueNAS-SCALE-24.10.1
After the update, I received app updates (there were no new app version before the update to 24.10.1, which is strange). But the apps refuse to update, and the error text is about the same for the apps. Update error in the following applications: file browser, immich, plex, qbittorrent, postgres 17.

Detailed error message from file browser:

Please tell me how to fix this problem, or when to wait for a fix?

I found a similar problem: Applications fails to upgrade and install on ElectricEel-24.10.1("Path is not allowed to be mounted.") · Issue #1219 · truenas/apps · GitHub

I am experiencing exactly the same issues.

I have the same issue after updating to latest version.

base_v2_1_5.error.RenderError: Path [/mnt/.ix-apps/app_mounts/[app-name]/config] is not allowed to be mounted.

Hi There, no this does not fix. The existing apps are running, but do not show on the web page.

New apps, if not mapped to a hostpath ‘Error’

Looks like a directory or image for the docker apps is not being mounted correctly, as the docker service is running.

Based on your thread you may have a more complex issue, but if you’ve refreshed the catalog and are still getting the “is not allowed to be mounted” error after that fix is applied, go ahead and submit an issue to truenas/apps.

Problem solved, thanks =)

This issue is fixed in 2.1.6 library, ergo if you see the above error you haven’t refreshed yet.

To refresh app library:

I just did refresh and it fixes the issue. Thanks for the quick response!

Thank you! That fixed it for me!

Refresh does not work for me. Srtill have same issues when refreshing catalog or browser. All apps are missing from Apps page still as well.

Got the same issue with ElectricEel-24.10.1, but refreshing the app catalog solved it for me.

Refreshing works for me
Thank you
