ERRORS: PAPERLESS_EMPTY_TRASH_DIR is not writeable Set the permissions of drwxrwxr-x root root /usr/src/paperless/trash to be writeable by the user running the Paperless services

I’m trying to install paperless-ngx, however, it appears as though the container’s file system is misconfigured. I used an app installation for Paperless-NGX in the app menu, so I’m using the template. All containers start no problem, but the main paperless container gets hung up and continuously restarts stating the trash directory is not writeable. When I check my trash dataset in TrueNAS the acl is set properly for root. So I’m thinking that the issue is the PAPERLESS_EMPTY_TRASH_DIR is not set right in the template. How do I go about configuring it properly?

Thank you in advance!

Go to Datasets and change the ACL of the Paperless-ngx Trash Storage to Read | Write | Execute

by default is just Read | Execute
