I just published on GitHub + Docker a nice small utility to control the fans of my QNAP (which is now running TrueNAS).
The project has been done by AI, for me was an useful way to play with AI in a non professional small project.
You can run the project using Docker (also from a remote docker server, not on TrueNAS at all costs).
