That’s a good thought. But that AI needs to be trained correctly though. I think someone here… @winnielinnie IIRC, posted some stuff that AI answers completely wrong.

This already exists with curated training data.
People on the forums color outside of the lines often enough I wouldn’t want it to be trained on forum posts

Yea, AI has a lot of trouble distinguishing between good and bad advice in general. We trained this bot specifically to try and only provide good answers based on our trusted best practices about TrueNAS in general.

Code freeze is next week. Starting week of the 27th is a good time if anybody wants to try the nightly image and see a pretty close approximation of what the BETA will look like a few weeks later.

I dont think this amount can be done in a week. So how do you deal with that? Moving it to RC or to next full release?

It depends on this situation. We’ll clean it up at beginning of week. Some cases the bugs will be closed (if its a duplicate), or targeted for RC or next release. For example some tickets are about API documentation. API documentation improvements are going to continue to flow into release probably through beta and rc.

An example, I asked it how to reset the network settings. It proceeded to provide instructions to factory reset the entire TrueNAS config, all while explaining that this would reset the network settings.
I guess it would, but that would be bad advise to follow.
