Forgotten password on a windows VM

Hi, I’m sorry if my question doesn’t belong here.

I have a Windows 10 VM running on Truenas 25.04.2.4.
I forgot the windows password and need to get inside to retrieve my game server data.

The VM is in the containers tab because I set it up in 25.04.1 and can’t just plug the installer ISO into the CD-ROM. Adding a disc with installer ISO with boot priority of 1 doesn’t help because the root disc also has default boot priority of 1 that I can’t change.

I can’t seem to change the boot order to boot into a installer and use CMD.
Do you have any helpful ideas?

just an assumption, if you weren’t use bitlocker, the disk should be mountable as secondary device for eg another vm, and you can take whatever you need

Got it. If any future password forgotter finds this:
I tricked the Windows into automatic repair mode by rapidly turning off and on the VM, selected boot into a different media, booted into an ISO installer and from there I could use CMD to do my thing.
