Help after spare drive and PSU decided to take a dump at the same time

I have a RAIDZ1 pool setup that is 6 disks wide and one spare drive. The spare drive was used and died. At the same time my PSU also started to act up and my drives would randomly become unavailable. I bought a new drive to replace the spare and a new PSU. I booted up Truenas and it was already resilvering. But it moved one of my drives from my Z1 VDEV and moved it to the spare VDEV. Also during resilvering I am getting a ton of ZFS errors. All of the drives are connected via a LSI SAS3008 12G HBA. Link to screenshot of my pool. Is my HBA card at fault the whole time? And how do I extend my Z1 back to 6 drives?

If not mistaken you’d wait for the resilver to complete & then make the spare a permenant member of the pool.

Edit: As an aside - make sure you have a fan slapped onto your HBA.
