I rolled Back to a old snapshot and now I get this error when viewing apps or datasets.
500 Server Error for http+docker://localhost/v1.46/containers/eabde32684efe21f69c72b51b2c670c6d473dcb90b9d135af6c29130d10bddb4/json: Internal Server Error (“stat /mnt/.ix-apps/docker/overlay2/eb20249801e4495a367d5726470c9d7aa4e972c55e261cf6456e1e7d5581bb72: no such file or directory”)
According to the storage tab all the data is still on the server. PLEASE HELP!!!
I restarted my server and was able to see apps and datasets again but Immich and Jellyfin have the following error and wont restart
[EFAULT] Failed ‘down’ action for ‘immich’ app. Please check /var/log/app_lifecycle.log for more details
And did you take a look at the log file?
If not i’d suggest doing so and post the errors in the log file.
From an ssh session
sudo cat /var/log/app_lifecycle.log
will display the log file and you can select, copy and paste the error here for further trouble shooting. But my first guess is that due to the rollback the db may have been corrupted and fails to start, or a permission issue…

The good news is that it doesn’t seem to be database corruption, but rather an error deleting the default immich and jellyfin network.
The bad news is i have no idea how to fix that error.
You may have to open a bug report on the truenas apps github
