Thanks neofusion that did actually provide a bit more insight for me! I will try reinstalling via that method in the other thread and see what happens.

Read through it first, it’s a long thread and I have exactly 0 personal experience with eMMC combined with TrueNAS, but there are other users using the Beelink Me Mini there who report success. I wish you the best of luck!
