There used to be a power on hours in the GUI but it’s gone or moved.

Use smartctl on the command line or install the Scrutiny app.

Power On Hours is how long the drive has had power applied, it is not how many hours the drive has been spinning. However if your drive never spins down, ever, then you could relate it this way, but strictly speaking, it is not the same.
