Hi, just wanted to know how reliable are adapters like m2 to sata e.g. " Delock Converter M.2 2280 Key B+M male to 5 x SATA with heat sink" or a pcie to sata adapter “Delock 4 Port SATA PCI Express” are there things i should have a look at or just completly dont use them?

Avoid them. They are not reliable with TN.
