I would be very, very happy if I could add a disk to my pool. Today I have a small SSD boot disk (128GB), an NVME cache and four 4TB RAIDZ1 disks. I would be happy if you want to know more about the details. Feel free to take a look at the print screen. I would really appreciate it if you could tell me how to add an additional 4TB drive to get a little more storage.
I am not sure if I understand the relationship between raidz1 and vDev correctly, but I am very grateful for your help. I have a question and hope you can help me: I would like to know if I have to allocate a vDev for the expansion, namely for the new fifth disk.
Thank you very much for your help. I really appreciate your support and am very grateful.

You should also list which version of truenas you’re using, since zfs expansion has only recently become available on truenas scale electric eel or fangtooth. If you’re on dragonfish or any version of truenas core zfs expansion is not available.
Hi Etorix, Hi LarsR, Hi everyone,
I created a test VM on esxi with three small disks, then shut it down and added a fourth disk. After TN Scale 25.04 was back online, I selected Raidz1 in Storage Pool and then selected Extend in ZFS Info. Under Extend Vdev I specified the new fourth disk and started Extend. After a while, the new disk sde was in the pool together with the other three.
Then I did the same on the backup productive Truenas Scale 25.04, which was successful. This task is now complete.
Many thanks to you!
