How to change icon of custom app?

Allow custom icons for custom apps

Problem/Justification With many custom apps via a compose file, it would be nice to be able to specify custom icons for the app. Impact I think it would help make the UI a little bit better for people using custom apps. User Story Whether through an upload process or the ability to include a “icon: https://pathtoicon.com” within the compose file for the icon.
