How to fix ZFS Error?

Been running Truenas for years now this is the first time I got a ZFS Error without have a drive showing smart errors. How do I correct this?

I just finish a short smart test on the drive and running a long smart test will post results

I think atm you have to assume that drive has failed and needs replacing. If you have a suitable spare then begin the replacement process asap. If not then get one ordered asap. Make a note of its physical location so that if your replacement drives suffers the same issue then you will need to carry out further investigation into that slot to see if there is any cable issues.

I got a spare drive just incase but I think the drive is fine here the smart test results after doing a long test.
