I subscribed in the forum News and Announcements | TrueNAS Community, but the mail notifications don’t work always (mostly not).

I wouldn’t really expect a mailing list mentioned 13 years ago to still exist, and the forum where you subscribed has been archived for over two years now.
But if you go to the Announcements category in this forum, and set its status to “watching first post,” that should approximate what you’re asking for:
Maybe this still works and serves a similar purpose?

Needless to say, I am not subscribed and don’t know if the newsletter still exists or what what information it includes.
