I am presently running TrueNAS-13.0-U6.1, and would like to upgrade to the latest version 13.0-U6.2. Every time I try to upgrade or update within truenas gui, I get the same message saying:
Unable to connect to url https://update-master.ixsystems.com/TrueNAS/trains.txt: Automatic update check failed. Please check system network settings.
I’ve not had any problems before so what is wrong.

Unsure why you are hitting this issue as the file is definitely there (I am assuming you added the : by accident - if not please let me know)
If you are still stuck and want the upgrade, you can download the manual update file and upgrade.
When I clicked update, then the refresh arrow on the right hand side, there was a spinning wheel before it failed to connect. So it was TrueNAS system that put the : at the end.

No don’t use that (I assume you mean 13.3) unless you want to be on the BETA, see the software status page, 13.0-U6.2 is the recommended
No, I’m not going to use 13,3, but I’m having a problem to find 13.0-U6.2 manual update.tar file.
