Is this 'race condition' a bug?

  1. Install app
  2. Update app
  3. Start app deletion

Result: app.upgrade remains running seemingly forever. The app is deleted.
Expected behavior: Either kill upgrade then delete, or complete upgrade then delete.

(I waited longer and the upgrade eventually terminated)

I assume you refreshed the interface?
