Just upgraded from 24.x to 25.04.0. Have High Contrast theme selected.
Under Network / Settings / Outbound Network
with “Allow Specific” radio button selected,
any services that are selected under
“Allowed Services” are not visible,
white on white.
I tried submitting a bug but I get a pop-up
saying I’m not logged in and when I click
the “Log In” link it just reloads the page
and the pop-up reappears.
