Limit to hosts on nfs share

Hello - we have a NFS share with 31 Hosts defined. We cannot add additional hosts. When we delete one host, we can add another back.

To get to the place I’m referring to, go to shares open the nfs shares section, edit a share, On the "Edit NFS Share screen, we’re trying to add additional hosts under hosts.

When we’re at 31 hosts defined, we’re able to click the add button, and enter in a new hostname, when clicking save, the cursor spins for a few seconds, then the save button is greyed out, the additional host is not saved.

No error messages, or any logs for that matter are produced in the gui or in /var/log/messages

How can we add additional hosts?

Thanks
Nick

Hi Nick, what version of TrueNAS are you using?

22.12.1

We’re unable to reproduce this condition, but a lot has changed in the last two years! Any chance you’re able to update to Dragonfish? (24.04.2.x)?

If you’re able to do so, please be sure to follow the migration / upgrade guide.

you’re right. It’s fixed in 24.04.2. Sorry about that. Should have checked that first.
