My Truenas Scale Server tank pool is not mounting up after failed hard disk

I received warnings of a drive going into DEGRADED mode which happens to be a 22TB member of a pool of 6 ZFS Z1 that makes up my tank pool. Later in the day it went to SUSPENDED. I have now been unable to get the pool to come up. I have done a reinstall of Truenas Scale and loaded the config data backup and still am unable to get the pool working. Any help is welcome. Thank you!

Whats the output of

sudo zpool status -v ?

It just hangs at the command prompt.. Is there another way to check?

Is there anyone that can help? Can I pay for support from IX Systems on this?

If the ZFS commands hang at command prompt, this limits our ability to suggest things.

Please describe your hardware more completely, including disk manufacturer, and model. Plus, what ports those disks are using on the system board.

Please include memory size and if you are using ZFS De-Dup.
